The Peninsula Pearls Seniors Group usually meets on the 4th Monday of the month for a lunch meeting and entertainment etc. For more information about activities or joining, One must be a member of the Peninsula Pearls to participate in our tours & excursions. Peninsula Pearls ~ Meeting Schedule Note: Due to the upcoming election, activities have been curtailed at the R/C/Legion Building. We are still continuing with ZUMBA at St. Bridget’s Church Hall on Thursday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30 Instructor Margaret Trites (cost: $10 per session) You do not pay if you cannot attend. Flex and Flo exercise programme (free of charge) will begin at St. Bridget’s on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:15 Instructor (Elaine Martin) Catering mostly to seniors, low impact accompanied by music, beginning October 1st. Date to return to the RCL will be announced, and on the computer also. MEMBERSHIP IN THE PENINSULA PEARLS now available, cost is $10.00 per year. We don’t meet in July or August. This fee covers the fall of 2024 and the year 2025. 1st Meeting in the fall – Monday, September 30th. BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH (sandwich, etc.) We will provide dessert and tea. This will be at the Kingston Farmers’ Market Building. We offer a 50/50 draw and miscellaneous prizes IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE 50/50 = $2.00 and miscellaneous are 50¢ each. These funds are used to pay our Guest speakers (towards gas, etc.
